WHAT IS TELMÖ DICE?
I am excited to announce the 8th edition of Telmö Dice - an event dedicated exclusively to design, organized by the Escuela de Arte San Telmo in Málaga both by teachers and students.
The goal of Telmö Dice is to create a space for all designers to meet, share, learn and grow. Every year the visual identity changes, students and teachers work together to organize and design the event.

Telmö Dice, andalusian design festival
Telmö Dice aspires to create an event that is public, free and non-profit. Where students can meet, learn and grow alongside well-known local designers.
All the activities of Telmö Dice are dedicated to graphic design, typography, and visual communication. The event takes place during the first week of February, after the end of the first semester. There are 2 days in which most of the activities are realized.
Parallel with Telmö Dice there is an inauguration of an exposition with a centered on the year's theme, again exhibited in the school. In its 8th edition, a retrospection of the work of Josep María Mir will take place.
There will be workshops on interactive design, illustration, lettering and creative process lead by professionals in the field.
In the last 7 editions well known Spanish designers, awarded for the Best National Design, like Nacho Lavernia, Daniel Nebot, Pepe Gimeno, Summa o Pati Núñez(first woman designer to receive such distinction) and other big designers like Manuel Estrada, Iván Castro, Folch o Mucho, were invited to participate in Telmö Dice.
..and this year.. David Carson, Josep María Mir (SUMMA) and Borja Martínez (LoSiento Studio) are coming! Stay tuned for what's coming up next.
